This can be considered a beginner level and has been designed to build confidence in the water and breathe comfortably when in water. This level is for those who have no prior swimming experience. The course is structured in such a way that only once you successfully complete your basics will you be allowed to sign up for the next level. Fees for coaching would be paid level-wise. The Splash level prepares you for the Crawl level.

The Paddle level can push you to challenge yourself in the pool. Successfully completing this level will ensure you reach the last level - Zoom. You will learn freestyle drills and build on swimming one full lap with ease. Backstroke will also be introduced at this level. A swimmer will advance from dog paddling to overarm swimming and learn how to synchronise between upper and lower limbs.

Threading in the deep end
The Crawl level gets you ready to face the Paddle level. Only once you successfully complete this level can you move on to the next level. This level will continue to help reinforce your confidence in the water. You will learn to dog paddle, neck and leg coordination and more. This level is only for those who have a beginner-level experience in the pool.

The last level in the whole course is the Zoom level. Here, a swimmer will complete the whole swimming learning journey and can ready himself/herself for further vigorous swimming training. From learning freestyle drills with the kickboard to understanding how you can race in a pool, you will learn all here.
Please note: Prerequisites for all lessons are a swimming costume and swimming cap. Swimmers who suffer from skin ailments or any health-related diseases must produce a valid letter of recommendation from a doctor.
Swimmers who want to swim laps and practice swimming on a regular basis can be a part of this batch. If you're above the age of 15, you can apply to be a part of this batch. This is a non-assisted swimming slot. Its crucial that you pass a swim test, where you swim for 50 metres with ease and in the presence of a lifeguard.
Triathlon enthusiasts are welcome to access this batch, as well as anyone who successfully completed the Learn To Swim program. Fees can be paid on a monthly basis for this particular batch.
