Competitive Juniors
Session: Contact reception
Duration: 60 minutes
You master all four strokes namely the breaststroke, backstroke, freestyle and butterfly, along with competitive block start and flip turn. This is a level before the Medley group.
Stroke Development :

At this level, all kids who manage to finish a 100-metre individual medley swim with ease are coached further to prepare them for domestic and club-level swimming competitions. Once you have participated in competitions, you will be ready to join the next level, i.e, Pacers.
Medley :
Session: 8 sessions every week
(Across mornings and evenings)
Duration: 90 minutes
As the name suggests, those who are a part of this group will learn to pace themselves in the pool during competition. You will learn to compete in more complex races and competitions. As a swimmer, you will be readied for state-level competitions.
Pacers :
Pre-requisites: All swimmers must meet the set test standards to qualify. Those seeking admission from other pools will have to carry a no objection certificate. As part of PMSC rules, you’ll have to complete a set test.
Competitive Squad
Session: 9 sessions per week
Duration: To be given
This level is open for boys and girls below the age of 15 years. The competitive squad is further classified into Racers, Mascots and Elite levels. The coaches and the program director will ensure that the swimmers move through the levels based on their racing performance and commitment to the sport. The select few who have reached this level will be subjected to long and short course training sessions. Coaches will work with swimmers to discuss their individual goals and nutritional needs.
